Every custom outdoor cushion cover we make for papasan applications uses performance fabric engineered for sustained outdoor exposure. Not “outdoor-friendly” as a marketing tag on indoor fabric — engineered at the fiber level for UV, rain, and the cleaning demands of a large outdoor bowl cushion that rarely moves inside.

Sunbrella® outdoor cushion fabric is our primary recommendation for any fully exposed papasan. The color is solution-dyed into the yarn itself. Not printed on the surface. UV can’t fade what isn’t a coating. Sunbrella® carries a 5-year Limited Warranty against color loss and handles bleach cleaning without fiber or color damage — critical when your papasan chair cushion outdoor is large, heavy, and realistically never coming inside to clean.
