Just Natural Organic Wheat Grain 500g

Organic Wheat Grain is the whole, unprocessed wheat berry, keeping all of its bran, germ and endosperm intact for a chewy, nutty grain that can be cooked much like a wholegrain rice or barley. Simmer it in plenty of water until tender, usually 45-60 minutes, or soak overnight to shorten the cooking time, then use it warm as a hearty side or cooled into grain salads and stuffed vegetables. It can also be sprouted at home or milled fresh into your own wholemeal flour for baking. As a wheat product, it does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, where it will keep well for many months.
