The amount of water supposed to be at the same level or higher than meat.</p> <p>STEP 5: Cook for 1,5-2 hours in water temp 185℉(85℃)</p> <p>STEP 6: When meat reaches 170℉(77℃) remove the ham maker from water, cool it in cold water and refrigerate for few hours or leave it for night.</p>
